Get started with the app in 3 easy steps

Download the app

Go to Google Play (Android) and search for Carib Health.

Open the app on your phone

Simply click the app icon to launch it.

Create an account

Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account. You must have an e-mail address.

Now available

Log in to Carib Health web (from April 7) or get it on Google Play.

What you can do with the app

With the Carib Health app, you can quickly and easily discuss your healthcare questions with a doctor. In the app, you can chat with one of our doctors and start a video call if needed. You can also easily request repeat prescriptions from the medical assistant via chat.

You can only use the Carib Health app if you are a patient at Bonaire Medisch Centrum or Centro Médico Central.


Speak directly with a doctor via chat

Do you have a question about your health? Go to the Chat tab and start a conversation with one of our doctors right away. If a physical appointment is necessary, it will be scheduled immediately at the practice where you are registered.


Easily repeat prescriptions

For administrative matters, such as requesting repeat prescriptions or updating your address, you can start a chat with the medical assistant.


Only visit the practice if needed

Need an appointment at the practice? Make a request via the chat and it will be scheduled for you right away.

How do I create an account in the app?

Important: you will need a valid email address to set up an account. 

  1. Download the app. 

  1. Open the app. 

  1. Follow the on-screen steps to create an account.

For Android: 

Step 1: Open the Play Store on your phone.
Step 2: Search for ‘Carib Health’
Step 3: Click on ‘Download’.
Step 4: You see the app icon on you home screen.
Step 5: Click on the app icon to open the app.
Step 6: Click on ‘Log in’.
Step 7: Follow the instructions to create an account.
Step 8: You can start a chat!

You need to create an account before you can log in. See the instructions in the question above on how to do this. Once your account is created, open the app, click on "Log in," and enter your PIN code. 

Click on the "Forgot PIN code" button on the login screen. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your PIN code. 

Yes, you can install the app on multiple devices. 

The app can be downloaded on smartphones or tablets. It works on Android devices with Android 9.0 or higher. Do you have an iPhone or a computer? Then you can use Carib Health Web from April 7.

Android: 

To download the app on Android devices, the Google Play Store must be installed, and the device must run on Android 9.0 or higher. 

First, check your internet connection and update the app to the latest version. If the problem persists, contact our support team via our contact page.
